Lords Hotels & Resorts signs strategic alliance with Country Club

In order to expand business venues for leisure and pilgrimage locations for CCIL members, Rishi Puri, Senior Vice President Operations & Dev. Lords Hotels and Resorts signed up a sales agreement with Country Club Chairman Y Rajeev Reddy.
Under the agreement the members would get to experience the Lords Hospitality at 25 of their exotic locations. This would mean more business for Lords Hotels units and also at same time mean more destinations for CCIL members hence it is seen as a win-win situation from both companies.
Lords Hotels and Resorts with its extensive portfolio of brands like Plaza, Resorts, Inn, Eco Inn will be seeking more partnerships with private players and standalone hotel owners to enter into a management agreement to expand its reach across the globe and offer more exotic locations to CCIL Members under this strategic alliance.
While speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Reddy CMD of Country Club, said, “We are happy to announce our new strategic room alliance with Lords Hotels & Resorts which is one of the biggest groups in the hotel industry with presence in Pilgrimage, leisure and business destinations.”
“With the addition of 25 properties from Lords Group and more in days to come our franchise properties tally has reached the mark of 70. We are very confident that we will add 30 more very soon to reach our target of 100 franchise properties by the end of this year,” he added.
Commenting on the agreement, Rishi Puri added, “We are delighted to be partnering with Country Club as we have dealt with them in the past also and know the expectations from the members and are geared to handle them.”
Ashutosh Vaidya, General Manager, Sales of the group realistically stated that, “This is the right time to partner with us as we offer a pan India sales network, dedicated revenue and market intelligence team, deepest pool of talent, extensive pre-opening support. Rigorous checks and balances during operations to enable owners& CCIL members maximize their revenues.”
