Jaypee Residency Manor launches World Cuisine Restaurant

New Delhi: The Residency Manor is a reflection of the regions opulent aesthetics, and to enhance this experience they are launching the Regency, a Premium World Cuisine Restaurant. Being a world cuisine restaurant it will offer a wide range of dishes from across the globe. Featured on the menu are options such as Asian, Continental and Indian, offering a diverse selection for both local and international guests.
Local Garhwali dishes from Uttarakhand – a specialty of the restaurant, will also be exclusively served here. Some of the must-haves are Bhatti da Murg, Bhunee Chaat, Mattar wali Tikki, Dal Regency and Regency ka Khaas Naan.
The food at Regency is inspired by the concept of farm to table. The chefs use fresh and organic home-grown produce which greatly adds to the overall taste and quality of the final product. Most other ingredients are sourced from very experienced horticulturists, local vendors and the kitchen garden
Those dining here will notice that detailed attention has been given to the décor. The artefacts on display, furniture and the cutlery in use have been handpicked by artists and artisans from around the country. The restaurant uses extensive glassware in the form of decorative lights, jars and vases that are specially designed to suit the ambience and are sourced from Firozabad, often called the birthplace of glassware.
While food is definitely the big draw, guests can also look forward to relaxing in quaint surroundings, soothing their nerves in the lap of nature and the elegant ambience the place has to offer. The ultra-luxurious Regency is the only restaurant in its class in the area, suitably located at the hilltop providing a serene and sublime experience in the queen of hills.
Regency, the signature restaurant of the hotel, offers live counter preparations from all across the globe. The terrace seating lets one experience a 360* panoramic view of the Himalayas while relishing delectable meals and live instrumental music.
