Adventure Tour Operators Association of India organized its much-anticipated – after a long haul due to Pandemic, ‘Annual General Meeting’ and ‘Annual Members Meet’ for stakeholders’ get together and networking on 10th December 2021.
ATOAI Honorary Secretary Vinayak Koul presented the annual report of the ATOAI flow of activities for the financial year 2020-21 at the Annual General Meeting. The AGM began with the welcome remark by Vishwas Makhija President of ATOAI. A presentation was made by ATOAI Member, Skyview by Empyrean, Patnitop, Jammu & Kashmir in front of the members during the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting passed the confirmation of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20th January 2021.

The Annual General Meeting passed the accounts for the financial year 2020-21 presented by ATOAI Honorary Treasurer Pradeep Murthy.

The Annual General Meeting passed the appointment of SRBP & Associates, Sagar Regmi as the auditor for the Financial Year 2021-22
The Annual General Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Executive Committee Member, Ajeet Bajaj to the ATOAI Executive Committee, ATOAI Secretariat, ATOAI Members, the Ministry of Tourism, the State Governments and the Indian Mountaineering foundation for all the support and cooperation.
