Emmvee Group launches customised travel app ‘Roamiyo’

Roamiyo will offer subscription-based access, with new users receiving a 30-day free trial.

Emmvee Group has announced the launch of its travel app ‘Roamiyo’, designed to serve as a travel companion throughout the journey from creating an itinerary and coordinating plans to managing changes while on the move.
With the global travel app ecosystem continuing to expand, Roamiyo sees an opportunity to support travellers across the full journey from deciding what to do and coordinating with fellow travellers to managing plans once a trip is underway.
Following a private beta with more than 2000 users that recorded a 0% uninstall rate, the company is targeting 600,000 downloads in its first three months and more than one million downloads within its first year across its launch markets. Its immediate focus will be user adoption, product refinement and building a strong base of recurring users.
Bringing planning, collaboration and on-trip tools into one place, Roamiyo aims to reduce the fragmentation travellers experience when switching between multiple apps before and during a journey.
By bringing these everyday coordination needs together, Group Mode is designed to reduce the back-and-forth that often makes organising a group trip complicated. It enables everyone travelling together to stay aligned on plans, responsibilities, expenses and changes throughout the journey.
Once the journey begins, Trip Mode gives travellers live access to their itinerary and the flexibility to rearrange activities, update schedules or add new places while travelling. It also brings navigation, currency conversion, language translation, weather updates, nearby recommendations and booking information into the travel experience.
Together, Personalised Itinerary Planning, Group Mode and Trip Mode support the full travel lifecycle—helping users plan their trips, coordinate with fellow travellers and manage changes while on the move.
“Roamiyo was born from a frustration I experienced personally—the need to move constantly between different apps while planning and managing a trip. We saw an opportunity to bring those scattered moments together. Our vision is simple: to create a travel companion that helps people plan with confidence, stay connected and adapt easily as their journey unfolds,” said Sumanth Donthi, Director at Emmvee Technologies Private Limited (ETPL).
