CSMIA celebrates India’s 75th Independence Day with thematic décor

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) celebrates the special occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day reinforcing the Atma Nirbhar Bharat spirit. The airport’s aesthetic façade has been adorned in the vibrant hues of tricolour.
Besides, the airport has also set up special art installations inside the terminal showcasing the groups’ presence in different business verticals. This translates the promise of creating a sustainable living for communities with a motto of ‘Growth with Goodness’ while fostering a greener environment for generations to come. And reinforces group’s business vision alignment to nation building and inspiring the country’s progress globally.

In order to extend the spirit of Independence with the passengers travelling via CSMIA, engaging activities including an opportunity to celebrate ‘Azadi Ke Rang’ with artisans showcasing the ancient ‘Patachitra’ Art celebrating India’s rich cultural history have been underway at the airport.
Passengers’ participating in the event can carry those paintings as a souvenir and also buy various other amazing hand painted products made by these talented artisans. Moreover, there will also be professional musicians who will perform the classical ‘Patua’ music.
