Since 2010, Filippo Mase’, has been taking his musical project around the world, playing in the UK, Europe, Australia, Indonesia, SE Asia, and India where he’s currently based. Miserable Man sound is an unique mix of genres such as Jamaican Ska, Swing Jazz, Calypso, Bossanova and Reggae. His live shows are upbeat and energetic, helped by the addition of loops, mouth trumpet, beatboxing and the extra groove of foot percussion.
His early days spent as a street performer taught him to read the crowd and engage with the audience: a comedic banter and lots of improvisation ensures an entertaining musical evening, whether it’s a beach side restaurant or a fancy wine bar.
