Atlys partners with Jar to offer Digital Gold Referral rewards

One kilogram of gold to be distributed on first-come basis, with allocations ranging from ₹500 to ₹5,000 based on visa destination

Atlys, a visa-processing platform, and Jar, the gold technology company, today announced a joint customer reward initiative that converts referral rewards into digital gold. The program runs on a first-come, first-served basis and concludes once one kilogram of gold has been distributed.
Verified customers who refer new users to Atlys receive digital gold allocations once the referred person completes and pays for a visa application. The reward value depends on the visa destination, ranging from ₹500 to ₹5,000, and is converted to gold at the market rate on the payout date.
High-demand destinations like the United States offer ₹5,000 in digital gold, while the United Kingdom and France generate ₹3,500. Switzerland, Australia, Italy, China and Germany referrals earn ₹2,500, Japan earns ₹1,200, and other destinations range between ₹500 and ₹1,000.
The initiative reimagines traditional cash reward programs. Unlike cash rewards that typically get absorbed into daily expenses, gold functions as a store of value that customers can track, accumulate, or liquidate based on their needs. The digital gold carries 99.99% purity certification for 24K gold and is backed by physical reserves stored in audited and insured vaults.
Mohak Nahta, Founder and CEO of Atlys, said, “Traditional referral rewards like cash or points are familiar, but they are often spent quickly and feel purely transactional. We partnered with Jar to do something different: gold retains value and offers customers greater flexibility. We’re converting referrals into digital gold, a transparent and trackable asset customers can accumulate, liquidate, or turn into jewelry when it suits their plans. Our aim is to deliver enduring, practical value that helps customers save for what matters.”
Nishchay AG, Founder and CEO of Jar, said, “We are building partnerships across the ecosystem to make gold accessible through the platforms people already use. Atlys serves travellers who understand the value of planning and building resources over time. Converting rewards into gold gives those customers an asset that holds its value rather than cash that gets spent. Our infrastructure handles the conversion, storage, and management while partners such as Atlys focus on serving their customers.”
Customers can share their Atlys referral code or link with someone who has not used the platform. When the referred person completes and pays for a visa application, the referrer receives the gold allocation after verification. Customers can track their gold holdings through the Jar platform and sell at any time at the current market rate. They also have the option to convert accumulated digital gold into physical jewelry through Nek, Jar’s jewelry brand.
