40th IATO Convention: Strategic platform to drive dialogue, innovation & collaboration 

Goal of the Convention is to move ahead with member engagement, coordinate meeting with policy makers on diverse issues to offer required momentum to Inbound, says Ravi Gosain, President, IATO

The nodal body of inbound tourism – Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) is all set to organise it’s 40th Annual Convention at Puri. The biggest gathering of industry stalwarts and tourism conglomerates has received unprecedented response from the stakeholders, and poised to play a pivotal role to achieve IATO’s vision, set for 2030.
While speaking on the Convention, IATO President Ravi Gosain says: “The IATO Convention in Puri is a strategic platform to drive dialogue, innovation, and collaboration in inbound tourism. We expect meaningful outcomes in policy advocacy, B2B networking, and destination promotion.”
“For Odisha, it’s a golden opportunity to showcase its rich heritage and position itself as a key cultural and experiential hub in India’s inbound tourism map,” added Gosain.
Theme of the Convention is ‘Rejuvenate Inbound @2030‘ while elaborating on the theme, Gosain says: “The theme perfectly aligns with the vision of IATO and its valued membership as it looks forward to a roadmap for 5 years and prepare ourselves so that our endeavours are in sync with our strategies.”
“Themed sessions will address emerging trends like Inbound, marketing, The power of partnerships – airlines, hoteliers, tour operators, guides , Rediscovering India – Responsibly beyond growth to sustainability and mindful exploration, Innovative Products & Immersive Journeys, Technology in Tourism – AI & Automation and other strategic pointers,” explains Gosain.
