  1. Geoff you need to do a better at surveying your hotels. I’m currently at days inn by Wyndham in Seattle south tukwila. I called before I came to determine if each room had refrigeration and a microwave. “Yes sure we have that in the rooms”. When I arrived 2 guests were leaving and did not want to stay because they found the place was poorly maintained and under standard . I soon found out what they meant. First my door cards did not work so I had to have the janitor check and they did not work for him either. When I finally got into my room – 153 ,
I just didn’t have the words to describe my disgust. The TV was unplug and did not have a remote. There was no refrigerator or microwave in my room and the bathroom was disgusting. If I was as exhausted 😩 as I was I would have left immediately. I’m yelping a review as we speak and I’m also contacting Booking.com to my a formal complaint. I would send you pics but my battery is low on power at this moment. You would definitely find this place embarrassing and unexceptable as a Wyndham facility. Call me if you’re not too busy.
